  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define design and ship newfeatures
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks andfix bugs
  • Ensure the best possible performancequality and responsiveness of theapplications
  • Support continuous improvement byinvestigating alternatives andtechnologies
  • Participate in codereviews
  • Contribute to technical design andimplementation
  • Document and maintain softwarefunctionality
  • Keep abreast of emergingtechnologies
  • Work on bug fixing and improvingapplication performance
  • Coach and mentor juniordevelopers
  • Write welldesigned efficient andtestable code
  • Conduct software analysisprogramming testing and debugging
  • Create andmaintain technicaldocumentation
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
  • Proven work experience as a JavaDeveloper or Software Engineer
  • Handsonexperience in designing and developing applications using Java EEplatforms
  • Experience with ObjectOrientedAnalysis and Design
  • Proficiency in Core JavaJ2EE SQL and frameworks like Spring andHibernate
  • Experience with testdrivendevelopment
  • Knowledge of design patterns andarchitectural styles
  • Familiarity with Agiledevelopment methodologies
  • Good understanding ofcode versioning tools such as Git
  • Ability toprioritize manage time effectively and work in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
  • Strong problemsolving skills andattention to detail
  • Excellent communication andteamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to newtechnologies quickly
  • Experience in buildingscalable highperformance systems
  • Knowledge ofweb services and microservicesarchitecture
