Job Overview


We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Rankmantra. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs to support our clients' branding and marketing efforts. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with an employment type of ['Full-Time']. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • Knowledge of print and digital design best practices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
  • Translate client briefs into creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality designs within specified timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
  • Manage and maintain design files, including organizing and archiving completed projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and provide creative feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.
