We are looking for a Senior ERP Specialist to join our IT Innovation Campus located in Bangalore. This position improves processes and governance to ensure the appropriate delivery of Services by the Business Analysts in their own area of responsibility.

Scope of your Role:

  • Understand business requirements and analyze relevant processes in own area of responsibility
  • You must consolidate work with Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts from businesses across TSS.
  • Know about ERP Competency Center, Project Teams, IT Project Management Office to coordinate/support technical implementation.
  • Create application manuals and develop training materials.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 5 to 8 Years of experience in ERP analyst role with Application Business Process Analysis background.
  • Bachelor's of Science - Information Technology, bachelor's in computer application or equivalent.
  • Experience in Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and above. Database Engine, Analysis Services, Integration Services, Tables, Stored procedures, Functions, views, triggers, jobs, security, performance, Patch updating etc.
  • Experience in reporting Tool: Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. Creating Reports, Testing, Hosting, Subscriptions etc.
  • Good Knowledge in ERP.
  • Experience in Web Server: IIS 7.x configuration
  • Fluent in the English language with one regional language
