We are seeking a ServiceSupervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service thatmeets our brand standards. As a Service Supervisor you will beresponsible for coaching and developing service staff creating apositive and productive work environment and ensuring service runssmoothly during peak hours. You will greet guests warmly andprofessionally address their inquiries and concerns promptly andcourteously and upsell menu items and beverages to increaserevenue. Additionally you will ensure the dining area is cleanpresentable and wellstocked at all times and comply with all foodsafety and hygieneregulations.

Responsibilities:
Coach and develop service staff to deliver exceptional service thatmeets our brand standards.
Createand maintain a positive and productive work environment for allteam members.
Delegate taskseffectively and ensure service runs smoothly during peakhours.
Greet guests warmly andprofessionally making them feel welcome andvalued.
Address guest inquiriesand concerns promptly and courteously resolving any issues to theirsatisfaction.
Upsell menu itemsand beverages to increaserevenue.
Ensure the dining areais clean presentable and wellstocked at alltimes.
Comply with all foodsafety and hygieneregulations.

RequirementsRequirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within thefood and beverage industry.
Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and providingexceptional service.
Strongleadership and communicationskills.
Ability to workeffectively under pressure and in a fastpacedenvironment.
Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.
Proficient in restaurantpointofsale systems.
A passionfor food and beverage and a commitment to delivering qualityservice.
