Role& Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervisekitchen staff including chefs cooks and kitchenassistants.

  • Overseethe management of kitchen inventory including ordering receivingand maintaining optimal stocklevels.

  • Ensurestrict adherence to health and safety regulations in thekitchen.

  • Collaboratewith the management team to address operational challenges andenhance overall restaurantperformance.
