Job title: Sr.Sales Engineer

Job location: Luknow، Uttar Pradesh.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Experience:  Total of 5 years of working experience with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Renewable Energy sectore.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, contractors, and dealers to effectively sell Inverter product range.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Provide technical support and product information to clients.
  • Customer Support & Complaint Resolution.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the territory.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to stay updated on product developments and enhancements.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Inverter products.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical and power electronics products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed

 

CTC: Rs. 3.0/Lpa to 7.0/Lpa
