JobdescriptionWe needexperienced accounts receivable analyst to join our team as aChargeback Analyst. Responsibilities include reviewing paymentsreceived to determine reason for any short payments received.Proficiency with English language both written and verbal. Priorwork experience in BPO background servicing large client/customerbase.Roles &Responsibilities: Review alldeductions taken from customer payments review remittanceinformation to determine the reason fordeduction Review all documents supportingthe customer claims including purchase order copies proof ofdelivery and invoices Dispute all claimsincluding shortages pricing deductions and violations; disputes arecompleted via web portal or via emailRetrieve data from customer web portalsContact customers via email to resolve pendingdeductions Validate all agreed allowancesfor accuracy Issue credits to customeraccounts after approval is received Documentall actions taken in ERP system so last action taken is readilyavailable Supporting the monthly accountingclose process and supporting critical business partnerissues Identify and implement areas forprocess improvement with will reduce customerdeductions Ensure all transaction processingis in a timely manner per client SOP. Reviewthe dispute with the US office and collaborate on business strategyto proceed with action of dispute orwriteoff Escalate issues to thesupervisor/manager that require intervention/clarification fromsenior leadership Maintenance of customerupdates; resource set up andupdatesJobRequirements: 12 years ofrelevant experience in accounts receivableDegree and Strong math and solid analytical skills areessential. Working with Retail/Wholesaleaccounts a plus Effective analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills. Excellentoral and written communication skills. Toprove as a team player with the ability to work in crossfunctionalteams across different levels of theorganization. Strong organizationalnegotiation motivational followup and time managementskills. Ability to handle multiplepriorities simultaneously / multitask.Intermediate in Excel (Knowledge on VLook up is an addedadvantage) Knowledge on Factoring will be anadded value. Strong computer skills withexperience in an ERPsystem
