Quantity Sueveyor

• TheQuantity Surveyor should be able to make Tenders BOQ Costingetc.
• Ensure that all Designs and Technicalspecification are translated into standard and acceptableinstructions drawings BOQ s etc
• Oversee theintegration of MEP and Structural designportions
• Choose the materials to be used andspecifying the requirements for theproject
• Adapt specification and detailsaccording to circumstances and resolving any problems that mayarise during construction
• Inspect supervisecheck and evaluate the construction works onsite
• Prepare project timeschedule
• Prepare CostBudgets
• Coordinate with Structural MEP andother outside consultants
• Make sure the projectis running according to schedule andbudget
• Make sure the contractor and all othervendors involved in the construction process are on the same pageand work together towards the same goal
• Toshortlist vendors
• Coordinate with consultantsvendors site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth and timelyproject delivery
• To carryout quality checks andconfirm quality standards & certify work done at site inline withspecifications

• Excellentdesign and drafting skills and proficiency with computeraideddesign (CAD)
• Strong mathematicalskills
• Organizational project management andplanning skills
• Proven working experience asquality surveyor
• Tendering for all newprojects.
• Bill certification of vendors for allprojects.
• Developing BOQ quantity surveyorCosting Project Estimation Project Engineer Execution projectscheduling
• Should be willing to travel acrossIndia
