We are seeking a seasoned andaccomplishedCFO to leadour finance organization and play a critical role in driving thecompanys financial success.
Responsibilities:
  • Developand implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with thecompanys overall business objectives.
  • Lead thefinancial planning and analysis (FP&A) process includingforecasting budgeting and varianceanalysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurateand timely financial statements and reports ensuringcompliance with accounting standards (GAAP orIFRS).
  • Manage the internal auditprocess and ensure adherence to all regulatoryrequirements.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with banks and other financialinstitutions.
  • Analyze financial data andprovide insights to support strategic decisionmaking by theexecutive team.
  • Manage a team of financeprofessionals providing coaching andmentorship.
  • Oversee cash flow managementworking capital optimization and risk mitigationstrategies.

Qualifications:
  • Strongfinancebased analytical skills with a proven track record ofsuccess in a CFO or similar leadershiprole.
  • 1520 years of experience ina finance function preferably within the AutomobileIndustry.
  • CA (CharteredAccountant) CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or MCOM (Master ofCommerce) qualificationpreferred.
  • Proven ability todevelop and implement successful financialstrategies.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proficientin financial modeling and forecastingtechniques.
  • Deep understanding of accountingprinciples and best practices.
  • Experiencemanaging relationships with banks and other financial institutions(a plus).
  • Hyderabad residency a strongpreference due to rolerequirements.
  • Demonstrated history of stabilitywith minimal jobmovement.
