Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Application Engineer to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As an Onsite Application Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting software applications at our client's location in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deputed full-time at customer site by company

2. Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities for fluid dispensing equipment supplied

To customer at site.

3. Plan and prioritize personal activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving

Agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and

Productivity.

4. Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed

Market development strategy.

5. Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.

6. Respond to and follow up service/technical support enquiries using appropriate methods.

7. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and

information.

8. Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.

9. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to

facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

10. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company

functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

11. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in application support or software development
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support and maintenance for software applications at client's location
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users
• Collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements and bug fixes
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on software functionalities
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and adhere to quality standards
• Maintain documentation of application configurations and installation procedures
