About the role:

We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team. You will support our organisation by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our sales outreach, digital marketing (inbound & outbound), analytics/reporting and critical business operations.


Location & Timings:
  • You will be expected to work full-time from our office in Bangalore (Karnataka, India).
  • The team that you will be a part of works from Monday to Saturday. Timings are flexible, so when you join you can choose a time slot to start your day daily.


Your Responsibilities:

An ideal candidate will be highly organized, diligent, hard working, disciplined and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks.

  • Coordinate with different teams internally as well as with clients
  • Ensure smooth operations, timely delivery and set high bar on quality of deliverables.
  • Ensure not to make simple mistakes (like excel formula bugs or mistakes in copy/pasting).

Requirements

Must haves:
  • Minimum 2+ years work experience as a Digital Marketing Associate, Sales Associate, Operations Associate or similar role
  • Excellent English spoken and listening skills
  • Comfortable to show face i.e. record video for outbound sales pitches. Candidates with a confident on-video personality will be preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency, with medium to fast typing speed
  • Expert in Google Sheets (and Excel) to be able to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable with tools such as Calendar, Web Browser, Powerpoint, Word etc.

Bonus skills:

If you have one/some of the following skills, it will make you stand out from the rest of the candidates:

  • Ability to use any automation tools for repetitive business processes (like Zapier/IFTTT or Tasker etc.)
  • Excellent spoken english, confident personality on video combined with ability to record and edit videos (using a tool like Adobe Aftereffects, Camtasia, iMovie etc.)
  • Ability to find innovative ways to automate day to day tasks (e.g. using Google Sheets Extensions or Telegram bots built by others to solve a critical business problem).
  • Create email templates and send email marketing campaigns Send SMS or push campaigns.
  • Experience with SEO, ASO or setting up Ad campaigns.
  • Experience with effectively using tools such as Hubspot, Leadsquared, or Salesforce.

A day in life of "Digital Marketing & Outreach Associate":

This role is at intersection of Operations Associate, Digital Marketing & Sales. So a typical day might start with a cup of tea while checking up on inbound leads. This might be followed by analyzing, reporting and sharing sales/marketing metrics/KPIs with a bunch of teams and stakeholders. Then you might have to prepare a personalised pitch deck based on a presentation template. After this you might shadow a client meeting, ensuring that the meeting goes smoothly (recording client requirements, and taking minutes of meeting). After a cup of coffee in afternoon, you might run a digital marketing ad campaign (e.g. Google Ads). This might be followed by recording a few video sales pitches, to be shared with potential clients as part of our outbound efforts. Then you might end up writing a blogpost to be published on company's blog. And before leaving office, you might schedule a few posts on our social media channels.
