RentoMojocaters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet dueto nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furnitureand appliances on rental basis thus providing more flexibility thanowning the expensive furniture andappliances.
Currentlywe have 100000 subscribers with a typical rental period of 1214months. The current market size (as per a recentreportby GrantThornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by2025.
With700 people operations the company has a presence in 16 citiesacross India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new marketof lease which never existed for the consumer they have also becomemarket leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the normthey are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours isbeing copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthlyPAT since Oct2021.
