• Developing and implementingcomprehensive treatment plans for musculoskeletal injuries anddisorders.
• Performing orthopaedic surgerieswith precision and ensuring optimal patientoutcomes.
• Prescribing appropriate medicationsand therapies to alleviate symptoms and promotehealing.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostictests such as Xrays MRIs and CTscans.
• Educating patients and their familiesabout orthopaedic conditions and treatmentoptions.
• Collaborating with orthopaedicspecialists nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinatepatient care.
• Participating in researchacademic activities and continuous medical education to stayupdated with the latest advancements inorthopaedics.
• Adhering to medical ethicspatient safety standards and regulatoryrequirements.

Requiredqualifications

• MS/DNB in Orthopaedicsfrom a recognized institution.
• Valid medicallicense to practice as anOrthopaedician.
• Proven experience in diagnosingand treating orthopaedicconditions.
• Demonstrated proficiency inperforming various orthopaedic surgeries including jointreplacements and fracture fixation.
• Strongknowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy physiology andpathology.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical staffeffectively.
• Ability to make quick and accuratedecisions in emergency and highpressuresituations.
• Commitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment and continuous learning in the field oforthopaedics.
