This team publishes Reporting Packs every quarter to enable Senior Management to measure business performance over Segments, Business Groups and Regions compared with the plan/prior year. The process involves deep analysis of information, triangulation with key parameters (Business vs region/ country) and quick turnarounds.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

•Detailed In-depth analysis of Monthly and Quarterly Expenses and Headcount Reports.

•Reviewing and Analyzing the variance for the Actual vs. plan Expenses/Prior Year/Reforecast/PriorQuarter) & preparing the commentary for the same.

•Preparing & Reviewing the Group Presentations & analyzing the variances between translations.

•Assist in Yearly budgeting of expenses and preparing an analysis of the numbers.

•Creation and implementation of proper controls and quality checks for deliverables.

•Maintain effective communication with the onshore team (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.

•Functional interpretation, maintenance of data, data accuracy, performing and reporting and data integrity checks.

•Root Cause analysis of data errors and resolution specific to critical internal and external data.

•Help set up and enhance the processes that may be required to ensure the smooth delivery of Financial Reporting Solutions as well as to mature the practices within the teams.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

•Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance with relevant years of post-qualification experience.

•Must have managed a team of 2 or more Data Analysts.

•Experience with analytical tools, such as MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel; Good to have SQL.

•Mental flexibility to creatively extract actionable insights from massive, highly sophisticated, multi-dimensional datasets while ensuring data quality.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.
