Job Overview:

Title examiner who is keen to learn andwho has extensive experience in US Title Examining for full searchprocess. The position requires the examiner to review titledocuments assess the open liens/judgment and other liabilities thatmay affect the title to the property.

Management ofdaytoday shift which encompasses delivery of production &quality SLA. Maintain effective communication & coordinationwithin the team and ensure healthy working relations. Manageoverall performance of the shift in charge off.

Roles &Responsibilities

Should have a good understanding of Title Search knowledge. For ex:Limited search NetroOnline Search Full Search Title Examiners TwoOwner Search Current owner search.

Should haveexperience in performing nationwide search with high level ofexpertise

Title Searcher must be an expert inonline searches using public websites. such as Netronline and othertitle plants such as Tapestry Data Trace Title Point Landex TitlePoint TIMS.

Research respective title plantsoftware analyze and evaluate pertinent record documents fordetermination of ownership legal descriptions and any connection totitle.

Prepare an accurate and compressivetitle commitment in accordance with company/clients examination andpolicy.

procedures.

Scrutinizing recorded deeds and Mortgages/DTs and other documentswhich may affect property titles.

Locating taxrecords judgments liens mortgages and bankruptcy and foreclosureproceedings.

Thoroughly researching anyconditions or restrictions that may exist on propertytitles.

Summarizingpertinent legal or insurance details for examination proof or readyreference.

Reportingresearch findings on property titles accurately andclearly.

Providing chain of title exceptionsand requirements through Title Report

Strongattention to detail as you read and extract information from thedocuments then enter that information into a report or softwarewithout error.

Act as a resource to lessexperienced team members.

Maintain properproduction levels and delivery standards daily.

Should be open to work in Day/Night shifts.

Recommend and advise on process improvement and impact of changeand leads initiatives to improve processes andservice/products.

Develop and maintainstakeholder relationships at all key facilities.

Qualification &Experience

Should possess minimum ofbachelors degree.

Should have worked in TitleSearch process for at least 1 to 2 years and have goodunderstanding of Title Search.
