KeyResponsibilities:
Facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes includingcommunicating with stakeholders escalating progress impedimentsmanaging risk and drivingimprovement.
Work with Product/Solution Management Product Owners and otherstakeholders to ensure strategy and executionalignment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolveissues ensuring timely delivery of highquality softwarereleases.
Develop and maintain Release Management processes and proceduresensuring compliance with industry standards and bestpractices.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members fostering a cultureof continuous improvement andinnovation.
TechnicalExperience:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Release Managementprocesses.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)pipelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto effectively collaborate with crossfunctionalteams.

EducationalQualification: strong educational background in SoftwareEngineering Computer Science or a relatedfield.
