Responsibilities:
  1. Leadthe design configuration and implementation of SAP FinancialAccounting (FI) modules with a focus on Treasury Central FinanceIntercompany (ISC) or Bank Communication Management (BCM) dependingon the specific position.
  2. Gather businessrequirements and translate them into SAP solutions ensuringalignment with industry best practices and businessobjectives.
  3. Configure and customize SAP FIfunctionalities according to business requirements and regulatorystandards.
  4. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate SAP FI modules with other SAP modules such as MMSD and CO.
  5. Design and implement solutions tooptimize financial processes enhance reporting capabilities andimprove financial controls.
  6. Conduct workshopsand training sessions to educate endusers on SAP FI functionalitiesand best practices.
  7. Provide ongoing supporttroubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SAP FImodules.
  8. Stay updated with the latest SAPtechnologies trends and regulatory changes related to financialaccounting and treasury management.
  9. Participatein project planning estimation and risk assessmentactivities.
  10. Mentor junior team members andprovide guidance on SAP FI configuration and implementation bestpractices.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Accounting Finance ComputerScience or related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years ofexperience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module implementationand support.
  3. At least 5 years of experienceworking with one or more of the following areas: Treasury CentralFinance Intercompany (ISC) or Bank Communication Management(BCM).
  4. Proficiency in SAP FI configurationincluding general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable assetaccounting and financial reporting.
  5. Strongunderstanding of integration points between FI and other SAPmodules such as MM SD CO and treasury managementsystems.
  6. Experience in designing andimplementing enhancements and customizations in SAP FImodules.
  7. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Proven abilityto lead and drive SAP FI implementation projects from inception tocompletion.
  9. Strong problemsolving skills andability to analyze complex business requirements and proposesuitable SAP solutions.
  10. SAP certification inFinancial Accounting (FI) module or related areas ispreferred.
PreferredQualifications:
  1. Experience with SAPS/4HANA migration and implementationprojects.
  2. Knowledge of SAP Central Finance orTreasury modules.
  3. Experience with SAP BankCommunication Management (BCM) or Intercompany (ISC)processes.
  4. Familiarity with financialregulatory compliance standards such as IFRS andGAAP.
  5. Experience with SAP Fiori applicationsfor FI module.
  6. Familiarity with Agile softwaredevelopmentmethodologies.
