Our client is the first leading tyre industry who havestarted hiring female on the shopfloor in 2011. They haveSMT(Selfmanaged team) methodology which helps this diplomacandidates grow in their career year on year. They will be hired oncompanypayroll.

EligibilityCriteria:

  1. AgeLimit: 18 years to 22years
  2. Field:Diploma inMechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Chemical/plastic/rubber
  3. BSCin Chemistry andPhysics.
  4. Weare considering interviews for batch of& Running batch of2023.
  5. Backlogshould be clear at the time ofjoining.
  6. BloodRelation notapplicable
  7. BEcandidates are noteligible.
  8. ForFemale: Height Minimum 5 feet & weight minimum45KG
  9. Theywill be joining as NATS (Apprentice) after one year they will be inManagement Executive grade(Permanent).
  10. Theymust work in production line (in all 3 shifts). They must operatemachines.
  11. Placeof posting : Halol NearVadodara
  12. Compensationmonthly stipend will be 13800 RS for one year (deduction will beTransport andCanteen).
  13. Aftercompletion of one year CTC will be 18200 RS. (deduction will be PFgratuity Professional tax Canteen andTransport).


Followingwill be our process for therecruitmentselection.

  2. Afterthat We will give a company s presentation along with a videohighlight and the job role will beexplained.
  3. Afterthat we will take a technical test which consist of GK EnglishAptitude Mathematics and technicalquestions.
  4. Psychometrictest just to understand the IQ of thecandidate.
  5. PersonalInterview
