Job Description

Senior Associate Platform L2

Leads development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.

Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.

Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization, design capability programs

Provides guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.

Manage sprint as scrum master, give suggestions to improve process and quality of product.

Support project planning activities through estimation, identification of integration points, technical risks & mitigations, etc

Be available for all stockholder calls, understand their pain points, requirements and translate into solutions and provide POC if required.

Qualifications

Skills: 

• Excellent programming skills with

TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS,

• Expertise and experience in UI screen design with

React, HTML, CSS

• Excellent programming skills in Core Java

Java collections, Threading, Garbage collections and good understanding of how java works and JVM internals

• Exposure to Objected oriented programming (SOLID)

• Experience in databases

Postgres[RDBMS], Dynamo (good to have)

• Proficiency with Linux and Windows Operating system

[commands, shell scripts, debugging skills, etc]

• Experience with REST API, Graphql implementations 

• Excellent analytical, problem resolution and troubleshooting skills 

• Strong Test driven development

• Unit testing

• Pair programming

• Experience with Cloud technologies like AWS
