Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer with expertise in Informatica IICS, Oracle Fusion, and integration frameworks, to join our Technology Delivery team. This role involves designing, developing, and troubleshooting integration components to support ERP/Salesforce implementations and other system integrations. The ideal candidate will analyze current system integrations, ensure seamless integration touchpoints, and continuously seek improvement opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.
Must Have Skillsets:- Experience: 6+ years in integration development, with at least 1-2 full-cycle ERP Fusion implementations.- Technical Skills:  - Advanced expertise in Informatica IICS and integration with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce.  - Strong knowledge of relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and API standards), API-driven design, and integration frameworks.  - Proficiency in developing integration solutions, leveraging cloud adapters, and using pre-built connections in SaaS applications.- Project Delivery: Proven ability to deliver system integrations effectively, including data integrity checks, data cleansing, and troubleshooting.- Documentation: Skilled in maintaining detailed documentation of implementation processes, troubleshooting steps, ETL processes, and coding standards.
Good to Have Skillsets:- Technical Tools: Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills in reviewing technical architecture, coding standards, and feedback on documentation from implementation partners.- Adaptability: Proactive approach to multitasking, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with integration design standards.- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with functional and technical teams to understand and enhance current integration components.
Qualifications and Experience:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are required.- Expertise: Deep technical knowledge in integration architecture design, solution selection, and continuous technical improvement.- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
