Job Overview
Tele Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various sources
- Contact leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential customers
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to effectively handle objections and customer concerns
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
