Insurance Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing insurance policies accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
- Entering client information, policy details, and other relevant data into the company's database or software systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, including policy forms, endorsements, and client correspondence.
- Providing administrative support to insurance agents or brokers, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to client inquiries.
- Communicating with clients via email or phone to provide assistance and address queries.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to insurance documentation and data handling.
- Delivering excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding insurance policies and procedures.
- Collaborating effectively with other team members, including insurance agents, brokers, underwriters, and claims adjusters, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Knowledge of insurance policies, terminology, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
