Numberof Vacancies:3Locations:Jalandhar Jaipur andChennaiRoleOverview:We areseeking a dynamic and experienced SeniorProgram Manager to join our team. Thispivotal role involves overseeing the leadership and management ofmultiple batches across our campuses ensuring the delivery ofexceptional educational experiences to our students. The SeniorProgram Manager will be responsible for optimizing programperformance enhancing student and stakeholder satisfaction andfostering strong relationships with partneruniversities.Responsibilities:1.Leadership andDevelopment:
  • Overseethe performance and development of Program Managers and TechnicalMentors.
  • Provide coaching feedback and supportto ensure team members achieve theirpotential.
2.Collaboration andOptimization:
  • Workclosely with campus teams to enhance the learning environment andstudent experience.
  • Identify opportunities forimprovement and implement effective solutions to drive stakeholdersatisfaction andretention.
3.PerformanceMonitoring:
  • Track keyperformance indicators and metrics to evaluate programeffectiveness.
  • Identify areas for enhancementand implement strategies to improve programoutcomes.
4. IndustryInsights:
  • Stayupdated with industry trends and best practices in education edtechcustomer service and peoplemanagement.
  • Incorporate relevant insights intoprogram design and delivery to maintain cuttingedge educationalstandards.
5.RelationshipManagement:
  • Developand maintain strong relationships with partneruniversities.
  • Serve as a key liaison andrepresentative of the organization addressing any concerns orissues to foster positive and productivepartnerships.
6.ProgramAlignment:
  • Collaboratewith partner universities to align program objectives curriculumstandards and educational outcomes.
  • Keeppartner universities informed of performance metrics programupdates and initiatives to ensure transparency and goalalignment.
Qualificationsand SkillsRequired:
EducationalBackground:
  • MBA witha Bachelors degree in Computer Science (preferred) or a relatedfield.
Experience:
  • Minimumof 3 years of experience in one or more of the followingareas:
  • Education or Edtech preferably inoffline education.
  • Customer Service Industrywith facetoface interaction.
  • Liaison andRelationshipManagement.
