• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Fitter Mechanical or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of different types of materials and their properties.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certifications or training in mechanical fitting or related field are a plus.
