Job Summary:

TheWarehouse Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing allwarehouse operations ensuring efficient and timely receipt storageand dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staffincluding training and performance management.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Inventory Management:

Implement and maintain efficient inventorycontrol procedures.

Conduct regular stockaudits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

3. Order Fulfillment:

Coordinate the timely and accurate picking packing andshipping of customer orders.

Collaborate withother departments to meet customer delivery requirements.

4. Warehouse Organization:

Optimize warehouse layout for maximumefficiency.

Ensure proper storage and handlingof goods considering safety and accessibility.

6. ERP Utilization:

Utilizewarehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to optimizeprocesses.

7. ProblemSolving:

Identify and address operationalchallenges promptly and effectively.

Proposeand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelors degree preferably in business logistics orrelated field.

Proven experience in warehouseor logistics management.(3 5 years)

StrongLeadership.

Salary. : 18k22k per month

Timing : 11:00AM 9:30PM

Week off. : Sunday
