The Sr. Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Tungsten Automation products.

The Sr. Professional Services Consultant must be able to: Deliver Tungsten Automation solutions to customer based on requirements document Provide technical leadership to customer on Tungsten Automation solutions as configured to the customer’s requirements Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget Function as the Tungsten Automation subject matter expert when onsite at the customer’s location Work independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirements Document all customer-specific configurations Install Tungsten Automation configuration on the customer’s hardware; includes installation of Tungsten Automation in a highly available configuration and disaster recovery Assess requirements, design, and implement Tungsten Automation Oracle solutions for FPA Assist customers in defining best practice processes for invoice handling and associated processes Write functional and technical design documents Define acceptance criteria and gain acceptance for completed projects in a timely fashion Monitor and report progress against objectives and milestones for customer and internal projects Perform product configuration Assist the customer in the development of test plans Test customized, configured solution before delivery to customer Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems during project. Document the customer’s solution for delivery to the customer and for the Support Department. Take active part in the development of the Consulting Services department, the project model, and internal processes and procedures. Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills

Analytical, communication and problem-solving skills JBOSS/Wildfly, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms experience Develop customized solutions using PL/SQL, Java and other scripting languages Experienced in writing detailed functional specifications, prepare test scenarios, write test scripts and perform end-to-end testing Accounting background and good process knowledge is highly preferred. Experience and desire to work in a management-consulting environment that requires regular travel. Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situation Must be able to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. Support and promote integration relationships between IT and business functions Provide accurate timelines for specific tasks assigned Knowledge of IT/Document Processing/Data Capture business Knowledge about system development Understands all standard concepts, practices and procedures in the field Understands computer systems basics, hardware and software Personal integrity, customer focus and positive attitude. Handles multiple tasks simultaneously Presenting technical concepts in common language Excellent verbal and written English Works well on a team, without supervision and under a deadline.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization. 10+ Years of techno-functional experience in EBS Financial suite (AP, AR, FA, GL, PO, Oracle Costing) and Oracle EBS R12 Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and a high degree of attention to detail. Hands-on advanced PL/SQL Ability to collect and document business requirements, technical requirements and process flows Consultative communications style, effective listener Strong presentation and organization skills
