OverviewThe Telecallerplays a crucial role in our Edtech organization as they areresponsible for contacting potential customers and promoting ouronline educational services. This position is vital in drivingsales and expanding our customer base. The Telecaller contributesto the growth and success of the company by effectivelycommunicating the value of our products to prospectiveclients.KeyResponsibilities
  • Make outbound callsto prospective customers to explain ourofferings
  • Persuade potential clients to enrollin our educational programs
  • Handle inboundcalls from interested individuals and provide detailed informationabout our courses
  • Follow up with leads and setappointments for further discussions
  • Maintain adatabase of potential and existing clients
  • Meetor exceed targets for lead generation and customerconversion
  • Provide excellent customer serviceand address any queries or concerns
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to ensure a smooth transition ofleads
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge andupdates to effectively pitch ourprograms
  • Document all call information in theCRM system accurately
RequiredQualifications
  • Proven work experienceas a Telecaller or similar customer servicerole
  • Excellent verbal communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage andpersuade with a positive attitude
  • Activelistening skills to understand customer needs andconcerns
  • Solid understanding of salestechniques and pipeline management
  • Strongmultitasking and time management abilities
  • Goodknowledge of relevant computer programs and CRMsoftware
  • High school diploma or equivalent;degree in Marketing or relevant field is aplus
  • Ability to work remotely and independentlywith minimal supervision
  • Experience in theEdtech industry is preferred but notmandatory
