Qualifications Required

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, EEE background, Diploma, or ITI.
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of proven experience in solar PV design and renewable energy systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, and familiarity with electrical design standards, knowledge of electrical systems for solar and EV charging infrastructure is essential.
  • Travel: Knowledge of electrical systems for solar and EV charging infrastructure. Comfortable with travel for technical site visits.


Your Role

As a Design Executive - Electrical, youll be crucial in crafting detailed designs for our innovative projects. Heres what your role will entail:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and technical teams to understand project requirements and site conditions for various renewable energy projects.
  • Design Development: Create detailed designs and layouts for solar PV systems, water heating systems, and EV charging infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer needs.
  • Software Utilisation: Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PVsyst to develop precise design models, including site plans and equipment layouts.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to gather information, assess conditions, and address potential design challenges.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to refine design proposals and resolve any design-related issues.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist sales and business development teams with design proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, integrating innovative solutions into your designs.
  • Procurement Support: Specify and procure materials and components, ensuring they meet quality and cost-effectiveness criteria.
  • Post-Installation Support: Support commissioning, testing, and performance monitoring to ensure systems meet design specifications and customer expectations.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train junior team members, enhancing their skills and the overall team capability.
