Responsible for design, development, modification, debug and/or maintenance of software systems

What will your job look like?

1.Must have at least 3 years of software development experience in BMC Remedy, no upper limit of experience.

2.Must have hands-on experience in Helix ITSM development.

3. Must have experience in integration remedy with various 3rd party applications.

4.Must be able to manage complex projects E2E.

5.Must have good analytical skills to foresee if any project have any kind of risk or if it needs performance related testing .

6.Must be able to take full ownership on support activities of BAU applications .

7.Must be able to define exact quality measures or any product going out of development

8.Should be innovative enough to identify the process gaps and communicate them to higher management on time .

9. Must have experience in progressive web apps in Helix.

All you need is...

Nice to have : - 

1.Knowledge of DevOps and Agile concepts.

2.BMC-Helix migration/architecture/flow knowledge.

3.Experience in Remedy(( 8.x.9.x)) ITSM development.

4. AO/TSO basics.

5.Oracle and Linux knowledge.

6.Java or Python basic programming skills.

7.Hands on with any of the APM tool.
