Tasks

ProductionSupervisorResponsibilities

  1. Supervisedaily production operations to ensure efficient and timelyproduction of goods.
  2. Monitor productionschedules and adjust them as needed to meet customerdemand.
  3. Communicate with other departments andteams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issuesthat may arise.
  4. Evaluate employee performanceprovide feedback and implement necessary correctiveactions.
  5. Ensure that equipment and machineryare maintained and properly functioning to prevent downtime anddelays in production.
  6. Monitor inventory levelsand initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials needed forproduction.
  7. Implement and enforce safetyprocedures to ensure a safe working environment for allemployees.
  8. Collaborate with management to setproduction targets and establish goals for the productionteam.
  9. Analyze production data and reports toidentify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increaseefficiency and productivity.
  10. Develop andmaintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for productionprocesses.
