TasksWeare looking for an Associate Governance Risk and compliance (GRC)to ensure our company adheres to international regulatory standardsand frameworks and inhouse policies. You will be responsible formanaging and enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels ofbusiness. The goal is to assess our companys risk posture and drivecontinuous improvement and this requires the GRC Associate to be inthe office and as such this is not a remoteposition.
- Building and adhering toInformation security and compliancestandards.
- Implementing Information Securitypolicies and procedures for the organization as required by allapplicable compliance programs.
- Create andadhere to documentation of Policies &Procedures.
- Research about industry bestpractices about compliance and IT securitystandards.
- Managing various aspects such asvulnerability tickets incidents disaster recovery reports and HRcompliance and collaborating with stakeholders on audit controlsimplementation.
- Can work on the implementationof audit controls & engage withstakeholders.
- Work with a variety of cybersecurity and privacy frameworks such as SOC2 GDPR Cyber Essentialsetc
- 12years of experience with international regulatory standardsframeworks and internal policies.
- SolidTechnical background with Bachelor of Technology in computerscience and related fields.
- Should be ableinterpret and convey technical information through written and oralcommunications to all levels of technical aptitude including seniormanagement.
- Should be a selfstarter capable oftaking initiative and driving projects forwardindependently.
- High degree of integrity andconfidentiality as well as ability to adhere to company policiesand best practices.
- Possess a strong internaldrive and motivation for continuousimprovement.
- Excellent communication andwritingskills.
- Aculture comprised of diverse global teams who have a passion forcollaboration and client service.
