Job Title: JuniorQCIncharge

JobSummary:

We are seeking adynamic and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Stockand JuniorQCIncharge. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stock managementand quality control to ensure the efficient operation of ourwarehouse or productionfacility.

As the Stock andJunior QCIncharge you will be taskedwith managing inventory levels implementing quality controlprocedures and leading a team of stock clerks and quality controlinspectors. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accuratestock records monitoring product quality and optimizing processesto enhance efficiency and minimizeerrors.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. InventoryManagement: Overseeing the maintenance of accurate stock recordsensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and implementingstrategies to minimize stock discrepancies andlosses.

2. Quality Control: Developing andimplementing quality control procedures to ensure that productsmeet specified standards and customer requirements. This mayinvolve inspecting incoming materials conducting quality checksduring packing and performing final inspections before products aredispatched.

3. Team Supervision: Leading andsupervising a team of stock clerks and quality control inspectorsproviding guidance training and support to ensure that tasks arecompleted efficiently and accurately.

4. ProcessImprovement: Continuously evaluating stock management and qualitycontrol processes to identify areas for improvement andimplementing measures to enhance efficiency reduce costs andoptimize resource utilization.

5. Documentationand Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of stock levels qualitycontrol activities and any related documentation. Generatingreports on stock movements quality metrics and performanceindicators for management review.

6. Compliance:Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations standards andprocedures governing stock management and quality control practicessuch as ISO standards or industryspecificregulations.

7. Problem Resolution: Investigatingand resolving any issues or discrepancies related to stockmanagement or quality control while liaising with internaldepartments and suppliers as necessary to address concerns andensure prompt resolution.

8. Safety and Hygiene:Enforcing safety and hygiene standards in stock handling andstorage areas to prevent accidents contamination or damage toproducts.

9. Communication: Collaborating withother departments such as procurement production and logistics tocoordinate stock movements and quality control activitieseffectively. Communicating with stakeholders including managementstaff and suppliers to provide updates gather feedback and addressconcerns.

10. Training and Development:Identifying training needs within the team and organizing trainingsessions to enhance skills and knowledge in stock management andquality controlpractices.

Qualifications andskills:

EducationalQualifications:

Any degree along with experience instock management and qualitycontrol or related fields is aplus.

TechnicalSkills:

Proficiencyin inventory management physicalandsystems.

Knowledge of qualitycontrol principles methodologies andtechniques.

Understanding ofstock tracking forecasting and replenishmenttechniques.

Experience withconducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with qualitystandards.

Knowledge ofwarehouse operations including receiving storing and shippingprocedures.

Experience:

Priorexperience in inventory management stock control or quality controlroles preferably in a relatedindustry.

Experience withimplementing process improvements or quality initiatives within anorganization.

Experience in asupervisory demonstrating leadership and decisionmakingcapabilities.
