Roles & Responsibilities:

Design & development of Exterior add-on components which includes underbody, Battery cover for e-vehicles, NVH components, Bumper, Grill, Sensor holder. New concept development light weight and cost effective Ensure quality of the Product, timeline of project milestones & deliverables in the projects Construction & design of plastic component as per exterior regulation. Supplier Management for development & Testing Cross functional teams (CFT) co-ordination within Mercedes Benz Cost management, Release management & Change management

Qualifikationen

B.Tech/B.E degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge of Mechanical & Environmental influence on the component. Knowledge of Design, development & Automotive exterior regulation GD & T Professional position utilizing engineering education to design plastic exterior component Tooling & manufacturing process of plastic component Knowledge of plastic part development Excellent understanding of design techniques and Great communication skills Hand on CAD software, NX preferable 

 Additional skills & experience:

Knowledge of different plastic and its uses Automotive exterior Regulations Analyzing Simulations results and giving solution  Knowledge of German Language is an added advantage.
