KeyResponsibilities: LeadDevelopment Projects: Take ownership of web development projectsfrom concept to completion ensuring highquality and timelydelivery. Design and Implement Solutions:Design develop and maintain web applications ensuring they arescalable efficient and userfriendly. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding product managers designers and other developers to defineproject requirements and specifications. Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and providementorship to junior developers promoting best practices andcontinuous improvement. Stay Updated: Keepuptodate with the latest industry trends technologies and bestpractices in web development. Debug andOptimize: Identify and fix bugs and optimize applications formaximum speed and scalability Security:Ensure the security of web applications by implementing bestpractices and staying informed about potential vulnerabilities. Documentation: Create and maintaindocumentation for code processes and tools.
Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 5 years of professional web development experience.Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or a related field (or equivalent experience).Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g. ReactAngular Vue.js). o Strong understanding of serverside languages andframeworks (e.g. Node.js Python Ruby on Rails). Experience with databases (e.g. MySQLPostgreSQL MongoDB). Familiarity withversion control systems (e.g. Git). Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. o Experience with cloudservices (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.
SoftSkills: Strong problemsolvingskills and attention to detail. Excellentcommunication and teamwork abilities. o Ability to workindependently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to mentor and guide juniordevelopers.
PreferredQualifications: Advanced Degree: Master s degree ina relevant field.Certifications:Relevant industry certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DeveloperMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
