  • Assist in mapping the requirements into SAPProcesses and design the solutions
  • Customizeand develop the SAPsystem in a project team supported byexperts
  • Testing assist in the development oftest scripts
  • Finalize the configuration &support the solution
  • Analysis and design ofefficient business processes and their technical implementation inSAP SD via Customizing.
  • Coordination with thedevelopment team for the realization of functionaldesign
  • Monitoring & Supporting existingSAP SD solutions and adapt to new business requirements
  • Ensure high quality documentation of the solutionsExperience on Sales and Distribution module workflows and controlmechanism.
  • Played a key role in the fullproject lifecycle from initial setup of the project to the finaldelivery preparation.

Technical Experience:

  • 5 to 6 years ofworking experience with sales and distribution processesoptimization and automation solid experience in delivering the SAPSolutions and experience in at least 2 E2E implementation andsupport.
  • Should havecross functional expertise in SAP SD SAP FI SAP PP andMM
  • Experience using SAP implementation toolssuch as Best Practices ASAPterminology
  • Business process analysis andredesign experience:
    • Strong business analysisskills process mapping; business process redesign andimplementation.
    • Systems implementation skills:requirements/process analysis conceptual and detailed designconfiguration testing training change managementsupport
  • Should have thorough understanding of configuration ofSAP SD module which includes:
    • Ordertypes contract types item categories pricing billing
    • Defining Pricing Procedures Tax and duty.
    • Determine Pricing by item category
    • About Tax Determination Procedure
    • Tax Types
    • Item CategoryDetermination
    • Condition Exclusion GroupAccounting Key Valuation Class and category
    • Customer Price List using workflows.
    • Configuration Material Master for Sales View.
    • Debit Credit Memo
    • Shipping PointPicking Packing PGI and different scenarios of consignmentorders.
    • Customer Return Free of ChargeDelivery Output proposal using condition technique.
    • Bill of material create Invoice and release to Accountingand create blocking reason.
    • Sales Area SalesDocument Types Scheduling Agreement Schedule Line Category
    • Configuration of Partner Functions CustomerMaterial info.
  • Hands on experiencein configuring Sales/Delivery/Billing Document types ItemCategories Schedule Line Categories Billing Plan configuration forboth periodic & Milestone Output determination Copy Control forvarious Trade Inter Company and Contractual scenarios.
  • Hands on experience in building and supporting complexpricing procedures with VOFM routines (requirement and calculationroutines) Price Lists Expiring currencies maintaining PricingAgreements in Contracts.
  • ProcessSkill set:
  • Master Data:includes of customer master data material master data pricingconditions record output records and credit management. CustomerNumber Range and Assign to Customer Account Group etc.
  • Basic Functions:SAP SD configuration results in an effective process across allbasic functions involved in sales and distribution area. Hereexamples of basic functions can be pricing output etc. The amountof pricing used for a particular sale and the output result fromthe same and so on.
  • Shipping andTransportation: Customer specific Logistics documentlike Pallet Label MBOL Delivery Note / Challan and Invoice.Different mode of transportation covered bymodule.
    • Sales: Categorization ofdiverse sales and process Define process for sales and distributionJust In Time Sequencing Customer Order Management Quotation OrderShipping and Transportation Billing and Electronic Invoiceknowledge.
    • Foreign Trade: Configurationof Export related output and documents thru SAP. To handle the datarelated to foreign trade including both imported products andproducts exported outside.
