Responsibilities1. Collaborate with the product designteam to understand and translate the UX vision into compelling UIdesigns.2. Collaborate with Product Managers to solve usabilityissues by designing intuitive usercentered experiences focusing onworkflows and interaction models.3. Create highfidelity prototypesand design assets using Figma.4. Participate in user research andusability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designsolutions.5. Collaborate with frontend developers to establish andrefine a design system enhancing the efficiency and consistency ofour product development process and ultimately contributing tofaster product shipping.6. Work across multiple products managingyour time effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.7.Communicate clearly and effectively with team members acrossdifferent departments ensuring alignment and understanding ofdesign decisions.8. Stay uptodate with the latest design trendstechniques and technologies.Requirements1. 13 years of demonstratedexperience in product design.2. A portfolio showcasing strongdesign skills (both UX and UI) in a case study format.3.Proficiency in designing and prototyping with Figma.4. Basicunderstanding of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) orexperience with no/lowcode tools with a willingness to learn andapply these skills in a product context.5. Ability to work closelywith developers to understand technical constraints and collaborateon feasible design solutions.6. Strong problemsolving skills and akeen eye for detail.7.
