AutomationStrategy &Design:
  • Lead thedesign development and implementation of scalable test automationframeworks using Selenium with C#.
  • Drive the QEPractice activities like developing test accelerators testutilities and developing frameworks using multiple open source andcommercial tools.
  • Define best practices fortest automation and ensure adherence acrossprojects.
  • Continuously improve and optimizeexisting automation frameworks andprocesses.
TechnicalLeadership:
  • Mentorand guide a team of automation engineers providing technicaldirection and support.
  • Stay updated with thelatest industry trends like AI Gen AI tools and technologies toensure our solutions remain cuttingedge.
  • Ensurehigh standards of quality are maintained across all automationdeliverables.
PreSalesSupport:
  • Collaboratewith the sales and business development teams to understand clientrequirements and develop tailored test automationsolutions.
  • Participate in client meetings andpresentations demonstrating technical expertise and the value ofour solutions.
  • Contribute to the preparation ofproposals RFP responses and other presalesdocumentation.
ClientEngagement:
  • Buildstrong relationships with clients understanding their needs andproviding expert advice on test automationstrategies.
  • Conduct workshops training sessionsand presentations for clients to showcase our capabilities anddrive adoption.
SkillsRequired:TechnicalExpertise:
  • Extensiveexperience in test automation using Selenium with C# along withSelenium Java & any other commercialtools.
  • Proven track record of designing andimplementing test automation frameworks fromscratch.
  • Strong programming skills in C# and adeep understanding of software testing principles andmethodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesand integrating test automation into the DevOpsprocess.
PreSalesSkills:
  • Experience intest solutioning responding to RFPs and creating compellingproposals.
  • Excellent presentation andcommunication skills with the ability to convey complex technicalconcepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to engagewith clients understand their needs and propose effectivesolutions.
