In this role you will work closely with internalteams to ensure optimal product delivery and customer satisfaction.This position offers a unique opportunity to gain handsonexperience and develop expertise in productmanagement.KeyResponsibilities
  • ProductKnowledge: Immerse yourself in our business domainand products. Develop a deep understanding of how our solutionsaddress customer challenges and stay updated on product featuresand benefits.
  • CustomerSupport: Serve as a key resource for customers andinternal teams by handling productrelated inquiries troubleshootingissues and collecting valuable feedback. Act as an escalation pointbeyond the service deskteam.
  • ProductDevelopment: Collaborate with the Product Managementteam to refine and enhance products. Assist in drafting productspecifications coordinating testing phases and evaluating productperformance.
  • Documentation:Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive productdocumentation including user guides technical specifications andtrainingmaterials.
  • CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Work effectively with departmentssuch as Quality Assurance Product Development Customer Success andthe Service Desk team to ensure seamless product launches andalignment acrossfunctions
Qualifications
  • Education:MBA with a specialized in Business Analysis or Financepreferred.
  • Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).Basic knowledge of product management principles isadvantageous.
  • Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with theability to articulate complex information clearly andeffectively.
  • WorkEnvironment: Willingness to work from the office andcollaborate closely with team membersonsite.
