How will you make an impact?

Thoroughly comprehend Functional, Non-Functional, and Usability requirements for testing SaaS-based applications and backend services.Design and execute performance test scenarios to evaluate scalability, responsiveness, and stability under diverse load conditions.Develop detailed performance test cases, covering critical scenarios, and conduct exploratory testing to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for optimization.Automate performance test cases using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner to facilitate efficient regression testing.Utilize tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar performance analytics tools to gather and analyze performance test data.Identify performance bottlenecks through performance profiling, monitoring, and analysis of system metrics.Develop performance benchmarks and conduct load, stress, and scalability tests to assess system performance.Automate performance tests on both API and UI levels.Work collaboratively with engineers from various disciplines within Engineering to address performance issues and enhance product quality.Proactively investigate performance issues and communicate findings to relevant teams.Respond to inquiries and requests regarding performance and availability from different teams within the organization.

Have you got what it takes?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 4-7 years of experience specializing in Performance Automation testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling, complemented by a strong foundation in functional automation utilizing Selenium and Rest Assured.Proven track record in Performance Testing tools like JMeter/LoadRunner and expertise in Java Automation & API Testing using Rest-Assured is mandatory, showcasing strong coding skills.Demonstrated experience in working with highly scalable and containerized cloud solutions, particularly in SaaS environments based on Kubernetes / Kafka, and other cloud-based products.Essential experience in NFR testing and proficiency with related tools such as JMeter, Resilience, and Security Testing.Proficiency in API & GUI automation tools including Selenium, Postman, Rest-Assured, or Puppeteer.Hands-on experience in designing and developing QA automation using Java.Strong familiarity with Cloud technologies, especially AWS.Additional advantage if experienced with monitoring tools like Coralogix, Datadog, and Grafana.Experience in requirement gathering and defect management using tools like QC and JIRA.Preferred experience in Actimize solutions or Anti Money Laundering, Case Management, or Fraud Detection products.Familiarity with CI/CD processes and experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, and Docker would be advantageous.Self-motivated, quick learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
