We areseeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Executive to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience inmarketing preferably in the interior design industry. The MarketingExecutive will play a crucial role in implementing marketingstrategies to promote our brand attract new clients and maintainstrong relationships with existingclients.

Requirements

  1. Education:Bachelors degree in MarketingBusiness Administration Communications or a relatedfield.

  2. Experience:Minimum of 12 years of provenexperience in marketing preferably within the interior designindustry or related field. Experience with digital marketing socialmedia management and content creation is highlydesirable.

  3. IndustryKnowledge:Basic understanding ofinterior design concepts trends and terminology is preferred.Familiarity with the competitive landscape and key players in theinterior design industry isadvantageous.

  4. CommunicationSkills:Strong written and verbalcommunication skills are essential. The ability to craft compellingmarketing messages interact with clients and collaborate withinternal teams is crucial for success in thisrole.

  5. Creativity:A creative mindset with apassion for design and aesthetics is highly valued. The MarketingExecutive should have the ability to think outside the box anddevelop innovative marketing strategies to showcase the companysuniqueofferings.

  6. DigitalMarketing Skills:Proficiency in social mediaplatforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Pinterest) contentmanagement systems (e.g. WordPress Squarespace) and digitalmarketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hootsuite) is required.Knowledge of SEO principles email marketing and paid advertising isaplus.

  7. OrganizationalSkills:Excellent organizationalskills and attention to detail are necessary for managing multipleprojects deadlines and priorities effectively. The MarketingExecutive should be able to work autonomously and collaborativelyin a fastpacedenvironment.

  8. AnalyticalSkills:Ability to analyze marketingdata track campaign performance and derive actionable insights tooptimize marketing strategies is important. Proficiency in usinganalytics tools and reporting metrics isbeneficial.

  9. TeamPlayer:A collaborative attitude withthe ability to work well within a team environment is essential.The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the designteam sales team and external partners to achieve marketinggoals.
