Responsibilities:Asa Digital Marketing and WordPress Developer at SyncWorkstech youwill be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at enhancing ouronline presence and driving engagement. Your primaryresponsibilities willinclude:
  1. WordPressDevelopment: Utilize your expertise to developresponsive and visually appealing WordPress websites and landingpages that effectively communicate our brand message and engagevisitors.
  2. Social MediaManagement: Manage and optimize our social mediachannels to increase brand awareness drive traffic and fosterengagement. Develop and implement social media strategies toenhance our online presence across variousplatforms.
  3. Graphic Design and VideoEditing: Create compelling graphics and engaging videocontent using tools like Canva to support marketing campaigns andinitiatives. Ensure that all visual content aligns with our brandidentity and resonates with our targetaudience.
  4. SEOOptimization: Implement SEO best practices to improvethe visibility and ranking of our websites on search engines.Conduct keyword research optimize onpage content and analyzewebsite performance to drive organic traffic and improve searchengine rankings.
  5. ContentCreation: Collaborate with the marketing team tocreate highquality content including blog posts articles andinfographics that attract and engage our target audience. Ensurethat all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with ourmarketing objectives.
  6. Analytics andReporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic socialmedia metrics and other relevant KPIs to track the performance ofdigital marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports and provideinsights to inform decisionmaking and optimize strategies formaximumimpact.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in any stream.
  • Minimum 12 years ofexperience in digital marketing and WordPressdevelopment.
  • Proficiency in WordPressdevelopment including theme customization plugin integration andwebsite optimization.
  • Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms and experience managing social mediaaccounts for business purposes.
  • Excellentgraphic design skills and proficiency in video editing using toolslike Canva.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices andexperience implementing SEO strategies to improve websitevisibility and search enginerankings.
  • Excellent communication and teamworkabilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively withcrossfunctionalteams.

AdditionalSkills (Preferred but notmandatory):
  • Experiencewith email marketing tools andcampaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScriptfor frontend web development.
  • Familiarity withdigital marketing tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush orMoz.
