Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement & Contracts professional to join our team at 3 Ciircles Opc P Ltd. As a Procurement & Contracts, your primary responsibility will be to handle the procurement activities and contract management for our construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement and contracts, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Expertise in negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and procurement software.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services, while maintaining quality standards.
  • Review and analyze supplier proposals, contracts, and agreements, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and renewal.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives.
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices in procurement and contracts.
