Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Khushi Housing Solution Pvt Ltd. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid real estate license.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Stay updated with the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track sales performance, and present them to the management.
  • Train and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and legal to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Attend industry events, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company and promote our services.
  • Stay updated with the latest regulations and laws related to real estate sales and ensure compliance.
