Key Responsibilities

Migration of customer Domains and configuration of Entra and Hybrid Entra this including interoperability with other products in the M365 environment. Migration of Users and Objects to new domains. Configuration of Security with a domain to meet customer needs and Microsoft Best Practices. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve a wide array of Active Directory & Entra issues – including root cause analysis Implement updates to site & services along with organizational units to meet customer needs an Microsoft Best Practices Create as built documentation for the customers environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sites, resources, and tools for business operations Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives Create, monitor, and maintain business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies Familiarity with migrations tools such as Bit-Titan and Quest. Work with Project Managers to help guide the customer’s project to a successful outcome. Ability to work within a team setting and contribute to overall team success. Communicate, internally and externally, the status of the projects and expected completion dates. 

Skills Required

At least 5 years’ experience as an Active Directory Architect or Administrator.
