Should havecomplete knowledge on the school affiliation process(CBSE).

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility of managing the students staffs and all theactivities related to school as per CBSE norms.
Delivering excellent qualityscholastic and coscholastic service to the students.
Facilitating inservice workshopsto motivate and update the teachers in teaching methodologies andcurricula.
Teacher s recruitmentwhenever needed maintaining discipline and decorum in school campusgetting feedback from students teachers and parents and takingappropriate actions on it at appropriatetime.
Monitoring and maintainingsafe healthy peaceful environment inschool.
Formulating schoolpolicies and growth plans.
Overall supervision of school accounts hostel estate managementtransport store and staff accommodation.
Setting up and maintenance ofscience computer and language labs and library.
Overseeing infrastructuralmaintenance and updating/advising the management for developmentalprojects.
Communication withschool corporate office at Bangalore CBSE and other stake holdersservice providers and vendors in a hightech environment. Preparingcost effective budgets and guaranteeing optimum use of availableresources.
