Job Overview

We are looking Full-time Mould Assembly Incharge - Injection Molding position based at Gurgaon. Ideal have to assembles the moulds of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the assembly of molds for injection molding processes.
• Ensure molds are assembled correctly according to the specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect molds for any defects or issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and schedule mold assemblies.
• Train and mentor junior staff in mold assembly techniques and best practices.
• Maintain inventory of mold components and ensure their availability for assembly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mold assembly issues or problems that arise during production.
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and protocols in the mold assembly area.
• Monitor and track assembly processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve mold design and assembly processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold assembly in the injection molding industry.
• Strong knowledge of mold assembly techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with injection molding machines and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to mold assembly.
