Job Overview


OptimHire is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the global market. This is a remote position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.



Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the US market
  • US Shift mandatory
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Knowledge of US sales processes and regulations
  • Willingness to work in a remote environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategies to expand sales in international markets, with a focus on the US market
  • Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities
