Profile: SME Security tools

Work Location: Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.

Experience: 7 Years (3+ years of experience in information security and Cloud technologies. Minimum 4+ years level of experience in handling Network and End-Point Security Tools (Cisco WSA / Forcepoint Websense)

Certification: Azure Security certification / GCP Security Certification / AWS Cloud Security Certification or similar certifications / Cyber security certifications.

Flexible on working hours and ready for 24/7 support model

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge on Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) Security concepts and technologies
  • Good understanding of cyber security and risk management practices
  • 3+ years of experience as a full time IT professional in Administration and supporting of on-prem & cloud infrastructure
  • Knowledge of understanding of Windows and Unix administration
  • Hands on experience required to manage Proxy server tools such as Forcepoint and Cisco WSA
  • Demonstrable experience deploying Proxy server tools such as Forcepoint and Cisco WSA
  • Hands on experience on 802.1x, Radius and TACACS protocols to achieve AAA
  • Demonstrable experience deploying AAA tool such as Cisco ISE
  • Experience with device administration, policy configuration and troubleshooting Cisco ISE
  • Experience with MFA system and Radius server
  • Good knowledge of different Security Maturity model Assessment and Security Resilience

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Configuring and supporting security tools, such as Web Proxy, Cisco ISE, MFA, and Cisco WSA Technology.
  • Hands on experience on cloud networking and security policy confirmation
  • Should have knowledge of supporting Network technologies such as Switch, Router, Firewall, Load Balancers, IPS/IDS and WAF
  • Should have basic knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware ESX, Docker and Containers
  • Should have knowledge of SNMP, SSL & TLS protocols and its functioning.
  • Candidate with CCNA/MCSE/Red Hat certification will be given preference.
  • Candidate should be able to Manage and Troubleshoot given technologies in large scale environment, should have knowledge of IP/TCP streams diagnostic tools such as Wireshark
  • Working experience in Public / Private / Hybrid Cloud solutions and their best practices.
  • Hands on experience on Linux/Unix/Cent OS/Windows Server OS.
  • Strong understanding on Unified Compliance Framework and Cyber Drills.
  • Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
  • Review and management of technical security roadmaps related to cloud and on-premises security
  • Provide solutions and Implementing effective security strategies on cloud and on-premises
  • Responsible for providing support and documentation for all activities related to the security architecture
  • Understanding of customer security requirements and supporting the delivering custom solutions
  • Familiar with change management and ITIL processes.
  • Hands on experience on Vulnerability management of applications.
  • Working experience on monitoring tools KPI management.
  • Familiar in network routing and network switch protocols, Wireshark, TCP/IP and technologies.
