Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of success as a WFM professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a team management role within Operations Planning or Workforce Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of WFM principles, forecasting methodologies, and scheduling optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WFM software tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Teleopti).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide your team.
  • Flexibility to work rotational UK Shifts (5 days, window starts from 1.00pm to 2.00am).
