We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and refine Microsegmentation policies and rulesets to meet organizational security
requirements and objectives. Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex issues related to network
segmentation, access control, and security policy enforcement. Analyze network traffic patterns, security alerts, and incident data to identify and mitigate security threats
and vulnerabilities within segmented areas. Coordinate with security teams and incident responders to investigate and respond to security incidents
or breaches affecting segmented network zones. Lead configuration management efforts to maintain consistency and accuracy in Microsegmentation
policies across network devices and infrastructure. Develop and implement automation scripts or tools to streamline Microsegmentation configuration tasks
and enhance operational efficiency. Mentor and train Level 1 support personnel on Microsegmentation concepts, best practices, and
advanced troubleshooting techniques. Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in Microsegmentation
technologies and techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsegmentation controls into broader security
initiatives and architectures.

Personal Attributes:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, Computer Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in network security, cybersecurity engineering, or related roles. In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security technologies, and threat detection methodologies. Proficiency in Microsegmentation concepts, techniques, and tools (e.g., VMware NSX, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto
Networks). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network
security issues. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation frameworks for network
configuration and management. Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with
technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred.

Experience in a similar role

3+ years of relevant experience.
